1. The service
Flexer (“we,” “us”) may offer websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Your use of the Service is subject to these terms once finalized and published in final form.
2. Premium subscription
We intend to offer an optional Premium paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis, with a free trial before the first charge. Exact price, billing cycle, trial length, taxes, and refund rules will be described in the final terms and at checkout.
Until payment is enabled, no subscription fees are charged through this product. Nothing on the pricing page constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
3. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes affecting paying subscribers, we expect to provide reasonable notice where required by law; final procedures will be spelled out here after legal review.
